Settings and open
Shown under the schedule name in the Navigator header and in your project list.
Defaults to the project name at the top of the WBS.
Critical means total float at or below this many days, on each activity's own calendar.
Open first, save when you are happyThe Navigator opens in this tab. Click Save project in the bar at the top to keep the schedule in your account.

Build a waterfall
Every choice comes from this schedule's own activity codes or UDFs. Lane makes the swimlanes, Step sequences the work inside each lane, Tabs splits the view, Colour paints the bars.
Group by activity codes
Pick codes in order the 1st is the top band, then nested beneath. Activities inside a band stay sorted by finish date. “Back to WBS” restores the normal tree.

Resource AssignmentPick a resource. Ctrl+click adds another of the same family to the stack. Click a bar to list the activities in that period.
